SPECIFICATIONS:
A. REQUIREMENTS:

1. Provide references from owners of projects with similar specifications. Include
   government owners if possible. If the vendor has provided product to the
   Chatham County Board of Commissioners within the last five (5) years, at least
   one (1) of the owner references must be from the appropriate party within the
   Chatham County Government.
2. Bidder must declare acknowledgement of “Attachment - Special Provisions for
   Procurement - Federal Requirements (includes Build America, Buy America)”, as
   this project is funded in whole or in part by the 2025 DHS/FEMA Port Security
   Grant Program (PSGP)
3. All equipment must be new, to include manuals, and copy of boat and equipment
   manufacturer’s recommended preventive maintenance schedule.
4. The Grantee/Vendor must comply with the requirements of the Build America,
   Buy America (BABA) Act, 41 USC 8301 note, and all applicable rules and
   notices, as may be amended, if applicable to the Grantee's infrastructure project.
