ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received for the 2025 CDBG: Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, CDBG
No. 25p-x-087-2-6786 at the East Dublin City Hall, 116 Savannah Avenue East Dublin, GA 31027 until
October 1, 2026 at 11:00 am (Local Time), at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All bid
questions must be submitted to the Engineer by 11:00 am on September 24, 2026.
The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following:

abandonments; erosion control; traffic control; bypass pumping; surface restoration; and all other
appurtenances required to construct the project and provide sanitary sewer service to an un-sewered area.
All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice
to proceed.
Bid shall be submitted on Bid Proposal Forms furnished for that purpose, in accordance with the
Contract Documents and the Plans and Specifications, which are on file and may be reviewed (by
appointment only) at the office of Hofstadter and Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 4571 Arkwright
Road, Macon, Georgia 31210.
Copies of Bid Forms, Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained from
Hofstadter and Associates, Inc., 4571 Arkwright Road, Macon, Georgia 31210, upon deposit of $200 per
set (.pdf format). No refund will be made for returned documents.
