INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids will be received by the Fayette County School District, 939 Goza Road,
Fayetteville, GA 30215 up to 2:00 PM Legal Local Time on Thursday, 10 September 2026 for
all labor, materials and service necessary for the construction of Crabapple Lane Elementary
School Renovations located in Peachtree City, Fayette County, Georgia according to plans
and specifications. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and place stated
above.
Bidding shall be limited to General Contractors licensed in the State of Georgia for the size
and scope of the projects for a continuous period of not less than 5 years prior to the date
of receipt of bids. Bidders must have a valid General Contractor License required for the size
and scope of the work of the Contract.
Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of BRPH Architects Engineers, Inc., 2727
Paces Ferry Road, Building One, Suite 1800, Atlanta, Georgia 30339. Contact Marjorie Canty
at mCanty@brph.com for Bidder Information Form. Documents will be issued electronically
upon receipt of Bidder Information Form. Bidder Information Form to be sent upon request
for Bidding Documents.
Contracts, if awarded, will be Stipulated Sum, AIA Document A101, 2017 Edition. No bid
may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after time has been called on the date
of opening. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five
percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required
at the execution of the Owner-Contractor Agreement, each in an amount equal to one
hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any
or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
