No submittal will be accepted by email. All submittals must be received during our normal office
hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No bids may be withdrawn for a period
of ninety (90) days after bids have been opened.

The scope includes supplying various hand tools on an as-needed basis, including shovels, posthole diggers, pitch forks, mortar hoes, ditch bank blades, pick mattocks, sledge hammers, wood axes, push brooms, lawn rakes, weed cutters, clay picks, claw hammers, wheelbarrows, etc. All items must meet detailed specifications.
