No proposals will be accepted by email. All submittals must be received during our normal office hours
from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of
ninety (90) days after proposals have been opened, pending the execution of contract with the
successful vendor.
The contractor must provide janitorial services for five locations: Construction and Maintenance Offices (3,000 sq. ft., 5 days/week after 5pm), Construction and Maintenance Locate Building and Warehouse offices including restrooms (1,300 sq. ft., 5 days/week after 5pm), Facilities and Maintenance Common Areas (3,742 sq. ft., 2 days/week Tuesday and Thursday 1-5pm), Ft. Eisenhower Offices (3,800 sq. ft., 5 days/week after 5pm), and Ft. Eisenhower Water Plant (1,000 sq. ft., 2 days/week after 5pm). Services include daily tasks such as emptying trash, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and weekly/monthly tasks like high dusting, window cleaning, and floor waxing. The contractor must furnish all equipment and cleaning materials; Augusta supplies trash liners, paper products, and hand soaps.
