The city of McRae Helena is seeking an engineering firm to assist with the 2027 CDBG Grant process.
Statements of qualifications and proposals are being requested from engineering firms with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with the preliminary report, final design, and construction administration of Federally Assisted Projects. Responding firms should be qualified to provide a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), NPDES Services (if applicable) design and construction administration services for projects utilizing federal funds. Plans are to contract, within a year from the date of this notice, with a reputable firm for Engineering services for Federally Funded Projects related to community and economic development. This procurement could include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Redevelopment Fund Projects (RDF), Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) Projects, Employment Incentive Program (EIP), Economic Development Administrations (EDA) Projects, Southeast Crescent Regional Commission (SCRC) Projects, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Projects, and any other federally funded project in Compliance with 2 CFR 200 for Procurement.
