Banking Services (RFP 26-09)

The City of Norcross is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide full service municipal banking and p-card services. The intent of this solicitation is to ensure efficiency, productivity, and fiscal responsibility by establishing a strong working relationship with a banking partner. The City intends to award an initial contract term of 5 years with the option to extend the contract for 2 additional 1-year periods. The successful banking institution must meet minimum qualifications detailed in the solicitation.

The proposal package should be clearly marked "RFP 26-09" BANKING SERVICES' on its face and submitted by 12:00 p.m. (Eastern) on August 12, 2026, to the address below. Please submit two printed copies and one electronic copy (USB) of your RFP package to:

SECURE AND VERIFIABLE DOCUMENTS
The following list of secure and verifiable documents, published under the authority of O.C.G.A.
§ 50-36-2 contains documents that are verifiable for identification purposes, and documents on this list may
not necessarily be indicative of residency or immigration status.
• A United States passport or passport card
• A United States military identification card
• A driver’s license issued by one of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of
Puerto Rico, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, the United States Virgin Island,
American Samoa, or the Swain Islands, provided that it contains a photograph of the bearer or lists
sufficient identifying information regarding the bearer, such as name, date of birth, gender, height, eye
color, and address to enable the identification of the bearer. **Please note that a driver’s license from one
of the following states is NOT acceptable at this point due to non-compliance with the immigration
verification prior to issuance: Alaska, Idaho, Illinois, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Rhode Island,
Utah or Washington, PENDING: Maryland and Massachusetts.
• An identification card issued by one of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of
Puerto Rico, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, the United States Virgin Island,
American Samoa, or the Swain Islands, provided that it contains a photograph of the bearer or lists
sufficient identifying information regarding the bearer, such as name, date of birth, gender, height, eye
