The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surface courses. The rejuvenation of surface courses shall be by spray application of a maltene based cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water. The contractor must provide all labor, administrative forces, equipment, materials and other incidental items to complete all required work. The work includes street sweeping prior to and after treatment, resident notification, temporary traffic control, erosion control, and restoration of property and landscape. The project covers multiple subdivisions and streets in Milton, GA, with a total estimated area of 175,766.86 square yards.
