INVITATION TO BID - COMMODITY
Fulton County Government “County” is soliciting Bids for the procurement of water meters for
the Department of Public Works.
The scope includes the supply of ultrasonic cold water meters (5/8" to 12") with integrated R900 V5 radio transmitters or cellular multi-carrier radio transmitters, encoder registers, measuring chambers, strainers, hydrant meters, flange kits, and other accessories. The meters must be solid-state ultrasonic with no moving parts, comply with AWWA C715 and C750, be manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility, and be compatible with Neptune 360 metering software. The contract is an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price agreement with a one-year initial term and up to two one-year renewal terms.
