Section 1 - Instructions to Bidders
The contractor shall furnish all supervision, permits, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and disposal services necessary to complete each assigned cleanup, disinfection, drying, and restoration response. Services include extracting sewage and contaminated liquids, removing and disposing of contaminated contents and materials, cleaning and disinfecting affected surfaces, installing containment barriers and drying equipment, conducting monitoring visits, and returning the affected area to its pre-incident condition. Work must comply with ANSI/IICRC S500 and S520 standards. The contractor must arrive within three hours of a service request and complete work per the Notice to Proceed.
