Fulton County, Georgia ("County'), is seeking proposals from qualified design, architectural & engineering firms to provide Design Professional Services for the planning, design, and construction administration of a new approximately 1,800-bed, 780,000 sq/ft Special Purpose Detention Facility to be located on the Rice Street campus in Atlanta, Georgia. The delivery method for this Project will be Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR). The County has designated this procurement as requiring a Joint Venture at the Prime Consultant level. Each Proposal shall be submitted by a Joint Venture team consisting of at least two independent firms. A Proposal submitted by a single firm acting alone shall be deemed non-responsive. The proposed Joint Venture members must be identified and committed to the team at the time of Proposal submission.
