PRICING INSTRUCTIONS
All prices shall be fully burdened and include all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, supervision, testing, permits, bonds, insurance,
overhead, profit, transportation, mobilization, incidentals, and other costs necessary to complete the Work. Estimated quantities are for proposal
evaluation and comparison. Actual payment for unit price items shall be based on quantities actually installed, measured, verified, and accepted
by the City.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to rehabilitate and reconstruct four (4) existing clay tennis courts (Har-Tru or equivalent) located within the South Fulton Tennis Center. Work includes demolition of existing court surfaces, site preparation, grading, drainage improvements, fencing replacement, post-tension concrete court construction, acrylic surfacing, striping, net systems, electrical coordination, and restoration of all disturbed areas. The Contractor is responsible for engineering design of the post-tension concrete court system, drainage system, aggregate base, and grading. The project also includes three alternates: additional drainage improvements, complete LED court lighting replacement, and a premium acrylic surface system.
