installation of (2) 750 GPM Vertical Turbine Pumps at the Morgan Dairy Road Pump Station. As stated,
Floyd County will provide the main equipment on this project. The contractor should provide pricing for
the additional materials for removal and installation as well as labor pricing. Please include an estimated
date from start to finish.

The contractor must remove the old pump system, install new power panel drives, pumps, motors, and VFDs, coordinate with Georgia Power for any outage, retain all necessary permits and inspections, disconnect and set outside the old motor control center, provide all other material not supplied by the county, pull wiring to the SCADA box (SCADA programming by Dorsett Controls), reconfigure any piping, perform any necessary concrete demolition and pour new concrete for mounting pads, verify the existing control transformer, and install all wiring and conduit. The contractor must also provide a reasonable timeline for downtime that is strictly followed.
