The awarded vendor must supply, deliver, and install twenty-one (21) 2026 model year 83/84-passenger complete regular education school buses conforming to 2019 Georgia School Bus Specifications. Work includes furnishing all labor, travel, supplies, materials, engineering, tools, and equipment necessary to provide the buses as described. Specific requirements include a 6.7-liter Cummins engine, Allison automatic transmission, air conditioning system with 125,000 btu minimum, REI HD5-600 camera system with five cameras, Vertex VX2200G7 two-way communication device, and a five-year 150,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. The vendor must also provide training (minimum 16 hours), all necessary software and diagnostic cables, and complete pre-delivery inspection at the vendor's location before delivery to DCSS.
