These instructions will bind bidders to terms and conditions herein set forth, except as specifically qualified in special bid and
contract terms issued with any individual bid.
The selected developer will be responsible for all remaining due diligence, project financing, design, permitting, construction, tenanting or occupancy, and long-term operation of the completed project. The property is approximately 11,592 square feet on a 0.15-acre lot, currently owned by the Downtown Development Authority. The redevelopment should complement and advance the ongoing revitalization of Downtown Albany, with preferred uses including retail, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, office, residential, or other complementary commercial activity.
