A Pre-Proposal Hybrid Conference will be held on September 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
at the Government Center 222 Pine Ave., Ste. 260, Albany, GA 31701 and via Zoom. An
in-person facility tour follows. Attendance is strongly encouraged to understand site
conditions. Virtual attendees may request a makeup site walkthrough, to be scheduled and
issued via a formal addendum.

Any interested and qualified firm and/or party is requested to submit a sealed response to
accomplish the Scope of Services as delineated in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The
response is to be signed by a duly authorized official of the firm and must be submitted in the
time, manner and form prescribed herein.
The City reserves the right to request additional information from any respondent(s) as may
be deemed necessary to accurately analyze proposals. The City further reserves the right to
reject any and all responses and to waive technicalities as deemed to be in the best interest of
the City.
