The scope includes: 1) Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement (physical walkthrough, discovery session with stakeholders, identify project objectives); 2) Facility Programming & Space Planning (define space requirements for DOC control room, AMI operations, SCADA technician workspace, offices, break areas, workshop areas); 3) Conceptual Layout Development (develop preliminary layouts considering control room configuration, integration of functions, workshop needs); 4) Design Narrative (prepare narrative describing operational improvements, functional layout, technology considerations); 5) 3D Visualization (produce renderings of proposed layouts); 6) Cost Estimating (develop Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimate).
