The City of Eastman is requesting quotations from licensed and qualified con-
tractors to remove and replace a 5-Ton Bard Unit in the gym of the Eastman
City Park located at 141 11th Avenue, Eastman, GA 31023.
This project will include the removal and disposal of the old unit, as well as the
installation and start-up of the new unit. The contractor will provide all labor,
materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals necessary to com-
plete the project in a professional manner.
The contractor shall:
• Visit project site and verify all requirements prior to bidding.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite including protecting existing finish
es, adjacent occupied areas, and removing all debris generated by the
project.
• Coordinate all work to minimize disruption to City Park operations.
• Provide total cost along with warranty information, and estimated
start and completion dates.
• Provide proof of insurance and a business license.

Bids will be received by the City of Eastman at the City Hall until Wednesday,
August 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and will be publicly opened and recorded at that
time. Bids may be mailed to the City of Eastman, P.O. Drawer 40, Eastman,
Georgia 31023 or delivered to the City Hall at 333 College Street.
The City of Eastman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to
waive formalities and technicalities, and to make an award in the best interests
of the City of Eastman.
