THE CITY INTENDS TO ISSUE MULTIPLE CONTRACTS FOR EACH
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CATEGORY
Instructions to Offerors:
The solicitation covers seven service categories: stormwater and drainage design; minor roadway and connectivity design; engineering analysis, design, and rehabilitation of off-system bridges and guardrails; value engineering study services; easement and right-of-way acquisition services; survey and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services; and geotechnical, environmental, and construction materials testing services. The City intends to select multiple firms under each category and execute on-call agreements for a three-year term with up to two one-year extensions, issuing individual task orders as needs arise with negotiated scope, schedule, and compensation.

Most Georgia work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. Apply straight through for it — or prequalify once and skip the application on both.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what a GC or agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
