The City of Dunwoody (“Owner”) is soliciting bids from firms interested in providing general
contractor services for the construction of a project known as Dunwoody SWAT Garage
(“Project”).

  1. GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION
    Project Description
    The City of Dunwoody is soliciting bids for the construction of a new approximately 6,000-
    square-foot SWAT Garage located at 4470 North Shallowford Road, Dunwoody, Georgia.
    The project includes construction of a pre-engineered metal building for secure storage of
    SWAT vehicles, tactical equipment, and support spaces, along with all associated building
    systems. Work also includes demolition as indicated, site grading, utilities, underground
    stormwater detention, paving, concrete, fencing, site lighting, landscaping, erosion control,
