The scope of work includes pressure washing of horizontal and vertical surfaces such as sidewalks, curbs, walls, doors, windows, soffits, fascia, awnings, gutters, and trim. Surface materials include concrete, masonry, brick, wood, metal, glass, aluminum, and exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS). The work must remove mold, mildew, oil, grease, adhesives, gum, bird droppings, sand, and dirt. Gutters must be cleaned out, windows squeegeed dry, and sidewalks within ten feet of the building cleaned. Vendors must provide all apparatus for safe operation at heights, use Green Seal labeled or equivalent chemicals, and perform all work on weekends, school holidays, spring and/or summer breaks. Clean-up of all materials and debris is required at the end of each workday.
