The Clarke County School District is inviting Competitive Sealed Proposals for SPECIAL INSPECTIONS
AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES for Bettye Henderson Holston Elementary
School project. Competitive Sealed proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the
SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 11:00 AM on October 27,
2026.

The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Proposal and Bid Specifications.
No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
The selected firm will provide special inspections and construction material testing services for the Bettye Henderson Holston Elementary School project for the Clarke County School District.
