The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of constructing an 8-foot multi-use trail & stormwater drainage improvements along Rope Mill Road from Inwood Walk North to across from Camelia Place, as well as a traffic calming island, hereinafter referred to as the "Project'. This includes but is not limited to concrete sidewalk installation, road widening, curb & gutter, storm drainpipe, catch basins, driveway reconstruction and thermoplastic striping.

The work includes site preparation, grading & earthwork; roadway, trail & driveway construction (including 532 SY of 4-inch concrete sidewalk, 1,720 LF of curb & gutter, and asphalt paving); stormwater drainage infrastructure (437 LF of 18-inch and 195 LF of 24-inch storm drainpipe, 7 catch basins); traffic control & maintenance of traffic; signage & thermoplastic pavement markings (1,710 LF of solid white stripe, 560 LF of solid yellow stripe); erosion & sedimentation control; and utility coordination. All work shall conform to GDOT and City of Woodstock standards.
