The consultant will perform various work elements of the CORE MPO FY 2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), including completing the Non-Motorized Transportation Plan Update, completing the Throughfare Plan Update, managing the transit/paratransit planning process, assisting in the RFP and project development process of the 2055 Metropolitan Transportation Plan and Regional Freight Transportation Plan Update, assisting in amendments to the FY 2027–2030 Transportation Improvement Program, managing the CORE MPO BPAC and COPIC, preparing grant applications, managing special studies (Bicycle and Pedestrian Facility Study, Urban Flood Model Phase II, Ferguson Avenue from Diamond Causeway to Skidaway Road, Bay Street Microsimulation Modelling), collecting and compiling Census and GIS data, conducting GIS analysis, and performing other tasks as needed.
