performed according to the Georgia D.O.T. Standards and Specifications. Road mileage
is subject to change and depends upon the availability of funding. An add-on project is
included to pave and stripe the parking lot at the Cartersville Soccer Complex to fix
pavement and drainage issues. The quantities estimated for the add-on parking lot
project are such that positive drainage away from the parking lot surface may be
achieved. This add-on project is to be bid on and billed separately from the street
resurfacing project. The bidder selected to perform the street resurfacing project will be
eligible to perform the add-on project if the City deems estimated price to be
reasonable.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Cartersville Public Works offices located
at 330 South Erwin Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120 until:

for the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, skill, equipment and incidentals unless
noted otherwise for the construction of the project entitled:

at which time and place the proposal will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered.
