REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION-BASED PROPOSALS
Project: RFQP2027-03 Professional Operation and Maintenance Services for the Barber Creek and Tanners Bridge Wastewater Treatment Facilities
Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners
Sealed proposals will be received from qualified wastewater treatment plant operating firms by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, to provide Professional Operation and Maintenance Services for the Barber Creek & Tanners Bridge Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Abril Olivas, County Clerk's Office, 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, October 1, 2026. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room on the Second Floor at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, October 1, 2026. All proposals will be evaluated, and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 180 days of the proposal opening.

Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Owner. Each sealed envelope containing a proposal must be plainly marked on the outside as
"RFQP2027-03 Professional Operation and Maintenance Services for the Barber Creek and Tanners Bridge Wastewater Treatment Facilities ".
If the proposal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope to the attention of the Owner at the address previously given and also marked on the outside "RFQP2027-03 Professional Operation and Maintenance Services for the Barber Creek & Tanners Brid
