Addendum: A change, addition, alteration, correction or revision to a bid or contract document.
Bidder: A firm, individual, or corporation submitting a bid in response to this IFB.
The selected vendor(s) shall supply and deliver ice cream products as listed in Attachment B (Product Specifications) to Cirrus Academy Charter School, 1870 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204. Products must be Smart Snack Compliant. The contract is for the School Nutrition Program for School Year 2026-2027, with an initial term from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and possible renewal options. Delivery must be made in a well-maintained refrigerated truck, F.O.B. to the school address. The vendor must have a HACCP plan on file and comply with food recall and biosecurity procedures.
