At the time and place listed above proposals will be reviewed between the Owner, Architect, and
Contractor. All bids are to be submitted on the bid form provided according to the Instructions to
Bidders, to be issued by addendum.
A prebid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026 at 4:00PM at McAllister Elementary School, 224
Veterans Memorial Parkway, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 .
All RFI’s shall be emailed to the Construction Manager. The subject line shall reference “MES RFI” the
body of the RFI shall include the plan sheet and/or specification reference, contractor name and contact
information. Substitution request forms can be found in section 012500 of the specifications.
Contractor and all subcontractors are required to have registered and be authorized to use Federal Work
Authorization Program “Employment Eligibility Verification (EEV)” in accordance with Georgia law
O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 “Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act of 2011”.
Plans, Specifications and Addenda will be available at no cost at www.popeconstructionco.com ,
subcontractor registration is required prior to accessing plans.
