qualified contractors to oversee three (3) fire station remodel projects.

all the Services.

Bidding Process: Hall County is now accepting sealed bids from
qualified contractors for the provision of the Services in the County’s
Purchasing Division, located on the fourth (4th) floor of the Hall County
Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504
until 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, September 17, 2026. All bid packets
must be sealed and time and date stamped by the Hall County receptionist
located on the 4th floor to be considered.
General Qualifications: Bidders must be in the regular business of
providing similar Services. Bidders must be licensed, insured, and bonded
in the State of Georgia.
The scope includes remodeling three fire stations. Fire Station #7 involves remodeling three separate bathrooms, including demolition of existing tile, installation of new tile, painting, epoxy flooring, glass shower door, new cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, and plumbing upgrades. Fire Station #13 is a full station remodel except the kitchen, including refinishing terrazzo flooring, painting interior and exterior, replacing ceiling grid and tiles, replacing bathroom showers with porcelain tile and Delta fixtures, updating lighting to LED, replacing bay ceiling fans, refinishing doors, power washing exterior, replacing electrical face plates, replacing cove base, apparatus bay work (fans, LED can light, painting, 8' LED fixtures), outside storage room repairs, unisex and men's restroom remodels (shower, sink, counter, lighting), bunkroom painting, lieutenant room lighting, kitchen lighting, day room lighting, storage closet lighting and painting, interior repairs (HVAC vent replacement). Fire Station #14 is a full station remodel except the kitchen, with similar work: refinishing terrazzo flooring, painting interior and exterior, replacing ceiling grid and tiles, replacing bathroom showers with porcelain tile and Delta fixtures, updating lighting to LED, replacing bay ceiling fans, refinishing doors, power washing exterior, replacing electrical face plates, replacing cove base, apparatus bay work (fans, LED can light, painting, 8' LED fixtures), outside storage room repairs, unisex and men's restroom remodels (shower, sink, counter, lighting), bunkroom painting, lieutenant room lighting, kitchen lighting, day room lighting, storage closet lighting and painting, and exterior repairs (columns, siding, trim).
