Fulton County Schools (FCS) invites you to submit a proposal furnishing any and all goods and/or services
required for a Risk Management Information System.
Proposal submissions will be received digitally until 2:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 22, 2026
through Euna Procurement (Bonfire) at https://fultonschools.bonfirehub.com or via the Euna Procurement
(Bonfire) link on the FCS Contracting website at https://www.fultonschools.org/contracting. A list of
firms submitting proposals will be available the following business day on our website.
Questions regarding the proposal process shall be submitted via Euna Procurement (Bonfire). Only
questions received prior to 4:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 will be considered.
Proposals are legal and binding upon the Offeror when submitted.
Selection criteria are outlined in the Request for Proposal documents. FCS reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities and to make an award deemed in their best interest.
Award notification will be posted after award at https://fultonschools.bonfirehub.com or by visiting the
FCS Contracting website at https://www.fultonschools.org/contracting. All successful vendors will be
required to provide the requested information.
