TABLE OF CONTENTS
The successful Design/Build firm shall furnish and install complete playground systems at Baldwin Elementary, Clarkesville Elementary, Cornelia Elementary, Demorest Elementary, Fairview Elementary, Hazel Grove Elementary, Level Grove Elementary, and Woodville Elementary. Each school will receive a playground for grade level groupings K-1, 2-3, and 4-5, totaling 24 playgrounds. Work includes inclusive, sensory-rich designs compliant with Georgia House Bill 371, ADA-compliant paths, shade structures, fencing, unitary surfacing (poured-in-place rubber and turf), and all necessary civil engineering, site design, and construction drawings. The firm must provide all permits, warranties (minimum 5-year installation warranty), owner training, and final documentation.
