New Construction of a Conservatory
The project includes demolition of an area of the garden and construction of an estimated 4,000 sf barn-style glass structure with a Grand Hall, serving/teaching stations, bride & groom suites, and public restrooms, conditioned for year-round use. The CM/GC will provide preconstruction services (technical review, cost verification, cost evaluation, value engineering, schedule development, schedule evaluation) and manage construction, including developing separate bid packages, coordinating all work, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence.
