Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) to Issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The purpose of the PNA is to inform the Consultant community of the upcoming RFQ opportunity. Full
scope of work, instructions and requirements for the upcoming RFQ are to be posted as indicated
below in the anticipated schedule*. No questions or submittals are due during the PNA.

Project Description: Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for US 278 Grade Separation

Summary of Scope of Work: The Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) consultant will provide
quality assurance of construction inspection, materials sampling and testing, documentation, general contract
compliance monitoring, auditing, testing, documenting, and compliance verification of the contractor’s
construction work.
