The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, and installing a complete millwork package for the new men's prison campus, including countertops and cabinets for buildings such as Administration and Visitation, Single and Double Housing, Education and Vocation, Supportive Housing, Medical, Kennel, Maintenance, Facility Entry, Armory, Gate House, Warehouse, and Mail House. Millwork types include solid surface countertops, HPL plastic laminate cabinets with melamine interiors, phenolic countertops in inmate dayrooms, plywood substrates in inmate areas, marine-grade casework in wet areas, and metal casework. The project requires a phased approach with installation beginning June 2027 through February 2028.
