The following Schedule of Events represents the Owner’s best estimate of the schedule that will be followed.
All times indicated are prevailing times in Atlanta. The Owner reserves the right to adjust the schedule as
the Owner deems necessary.
Provide construction manager at-risk services for a second instructional facility envisioned at roughly 45,500 square feet for healthcare instructional spaces including labs, simulation spaces and collaborative areas, plus an estimated 8,000 to 12,000 square feet for welding and HVAC programs that may be housed in a separate purpose-built facility, with programming, phasing, estimating, subcontractor procurement, schedule and cost management, quality assurance, commissioning support for Georgia Peach certification, and contract administration in E-Builder through material completion.
