BID POSTING DATE: No later than 3:30 pm (ET), Wednesday, October 21th, 2026, unless extended by the Department for good cause. INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on Friday, September 11th, 2026. SCOPE OF WORK: Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to replace the existing maintenance building per the contract documents. **Builder’s Risk is required for this project and must be included in bid price. ** Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids.
Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. To request a pre-qualification letter, the bidder should email BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.
