Purchase of State and Federal Mitigation Credits to Offset Wetland Impacts in District Five

FDOT District Five is requesting price proposals for the purchase of both State & Federal Mitigation Bank Credits. Please note, the “End Date/Time” identified near the top of the page is not the bid/response due date. The due date for bids/responses is the date identified in the Timeline of the downloadable ITB document, or as updated by any attached addendums. Bids for this project are due no later than July 28, 2026, at 9:00 am. All Bidders, Proposers, and Respondents must be registered in the State of Florida’s MyFloridaMarketplace system.
