The contractor shall install 24-gauge galvanized metal flashing around the entire roof perimeter of a 12' x 20' prefabricated Thermobond building. The flashing top lip shall overlap the existing rubber roofing pavers by approximately 1 1/2 inches and be secured to the side of the building approximately 6 inches down, to prevent pavers from being removed by high winds.
