The Contractor shall provide, deliver, and configure one (1) fully integrated, brand-name-or-equal Mobile Surveillance System (MSS) Security Trailer, including training, documentation, warranty, and optional service agreement. The MSS must include a heavy-duty chassis with a mast extendable to a minimum of 27 feet, a video surveillance system with at least four cameras (including one 360-degree dome and one PTZ), a hybridized solar/battery/generator power system, networking and communications equipment, and cybersecurity compliance. The contractor must also provide deliverables such as an inventory spreadsheet, engineering drawings, and operating instructions. Delivery is to the Elverta Maintenance Facility within 120 days of award, with acceptance testing and training upon delivery.
