The contractor shall provide one service technician to perform an inspection on two OLTC units on a KZ10A transformer at Glen Canyon Substation. The contractor shall provide all service materials for two OLTC units and oil handling services for two days onsite. The work includes providing one Reinhausen Manufacturing (RMV)-II Trained Technician (or equal), performing internal tap changer work, an exploratory visit and OLT inspection, stopping on position test, electrical limit verification, mechanical limit operation, contact engagement, and correct operation of vacuum interrupter assembly.
