The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and services necessary to edit, proofread, index, format, layout, typeset, and archive NRC issuances and indexes. Deliverables include up to 60 monthly editions of issuances, up to 10 quarterly and 10 semiannual indexes, six-month compilations with tables of contents and corrected text, PDF versions for web posting, a 5-year index compilation, and archival files. The contractor must follow the Bluebook citation style and GPO Style Manual, and produce camera-ready print-quality PDF files. Work is primarily at the contractor's facilities, with occasional onsite work at NRC Headquarters in Rockville, MD.
