The contractor shall perform DNA extraction, library preparation, and high-throughput sequencing of DNA samples from Pacific cod (45 whole-genome short-read samples, 6 long-read samples). Short-read sequencing (Illumina NovaSeq X Plus or equivalent) to 150bp PE150 at 8-15x depth; long-read sequencing (PacBio Revio or Oxford Nanopore) must achieve median consensus accuracy ≥99.9%, 13 Gb per sample, and ~20x coverage. Deliver FASTQ files, master sample sheet, and QC reports. Work is performed off-site at the contractor's location.
