The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, communication capability and services to perform snow and ice removal at County sites in Zones 3 and 4, including clearing and treating entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, roadways, fire hydrants, dumpster areas and storm drains. The contractor shall mobilize upon direction from MSMD, clear areas in prescribed order, apply County-furnished salt or magnesium products, record activities in the Yeti application, designate a representative for annual Salt Calibration Training, and meet response-time and minimum-resource requirements for each zone.
