The Fairfax County Uniformed Retirement System (URS) invites proposals from qualified full service, non-discretionary investment consulting firms to advise the URS Board of Trustees and Staff on all aspects of the System’s investment program, including, without limitation, strategic asset allocation, economic insight, manager research and selection, performance reporting, risk analytics, education, policy support, and related advisory services consistent with fiduciary standards. URS assets total approximately $2.5 billion, invested across public and private markets. The Board maintains exclusive authority for investment policy and manager selection and expects high quality, objective advice, clear communication, and collaborative partnership with the Consultant and Staff.
