The selected CM firm shall provide both pre-construction and construction management services throughout the project. The New Bush Early Education Center is to be approximately 100,000 sqft and will be located at 1234 Masters Ln, Wilmington, DE 19810. The project will include the construction of a new Bush Early Education Center and all associated sitework and utility work. The school will be approximately 98,000 square feet with up to 445 parking spaces, one story built on-grade, with 3 secure courtyards, housing preschool programs and several kindergarten rooms for a projected total student occupancy of around 400. The overall construction budget is $49,000,000 including contingency.
