The vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware's law enforcement and homeland security needs. The contract requires vendors to cooperate with ordering agencies to ensure the State receives current state-of-the-art materials and services. Vendors must maintain a core list of products with negotiated prices and routinely update the core list as items are identified as necessary, with any adjustments requiring prior written approval from the State. Vendors shall maintain responsive service capabilities and product quality throughout the contract term, including responding to orders placed by written purchase order, telephone, email, fax, or computer online systems.
