The selected vendor shall provide staffing, software, hosting, customer support, registration management, billing, collections, reporting, training, and system administration services. The Contractor shall support transition, implementation, ongoing operations, and closeout activities. Services shall support Delaware State Police operations only, with estimated annual volumes of 2,300 registration transactions, 7,000 false alarm incidents, 2,500 invoices, 850 payments, and approximately 100 customer support calls per month.
