The City of Denton would like to inform you of a subcontractor bidding opportunity currently advertising for the Pecan Creek Water Reclamation Plant Expansion (PCWRP) Project. The City is using a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) approach for this project, with construction divided into multiple bid packages.
On behalf of the City and serving as the CMAR for the project, Sundt Construction is seeking proposals for GMP 3 for the following packages:
Industrial Painting & Coating
Roadway Excavation, Paving, and Pond Work
Landscaping, Fences, and Gates
Mechanical & Start Up Support
Architectural & Turnkey Buildings
Electronic Sealed Proposals will be received by Sundt Construction, Inc. via www.BuildingConnected.com (electronically sealed submission) prior to 2:00 PM on August 26, 2026. Prospective subcontractors and suppliers may obtain copies of the GMP-3 drawings, specifications, and bidding documents by requesting access to the Building Connected or by looking the project up on Civic Cast.
