- Solano County Transit (SolTrans) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Janitorial Cleaning Services for public transit facilities at various SolTrans properties located in Vallejo, CA. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials and equipment specified in the Scope of Service section of the RFP. The resulting contract will be for a three (3) year term from the contract start date, with two (2) one-year extension terms, to be exercised at the option of SolTrans.\n\nThe objective of this contract is to maintain a Class A appearance of the facilities described in this RFP as determined by SolTrans. The successful Contractor will be expected to maintain such appearance.
