The City of Dallas (City) is accepting applications from nonprofit organizations (see IRS, Sec. 501(c)(3) and community organizations (Applicant) to serve as a subrecipient administrator of the Youth Homeless and Housing Services (HHS) Program (HHS Program or Program). The City seeks a single subrecipient to engage, house, and provide eligible supportive services to unaccompanied youth and young adults twenty-four years of age and younger and administer the Program (Services). Eligible supportive Services include, but are not limited to: case management, emergency shelter, street outreach, and transitional living (Eligible Supportive Services).
The successful Applicant (Subrecipient) shall provide the Services pursuant to a subrecipient agreement (Agreement) for a term not to exceed twelve (12) months. The award of grant funds (Funds) is subject to funding availability from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).
